Plot
Taken from the story by Edmondo De Amicis, it tells the vicissitudes of little Marco who embarks on a steamship in Genoa clandestinely, to reach his mother in Argentina, having long been without his news. The brave boy faces difficulties, often helped by generous compatriots. After having dangerously crossed all of Argentina, he finally arrives in the house where his mother is in very serious conditions but the meeting with the boy will be healthy and the two will be able to happily return to their homeland.
Trama
Tratto dal racconto del libro ‘Cuore’ di De Amicis, narra le peripezie del piccolo Marco il quale si imbarca clandestinamente su un piroscafo a Genova, per raggiungere la propria mamma in Argentina, essendo da lungo tempo privo di sue notizie. Il coraggioso ragazzo affronta difficoltà, spesso aiutato da generosi connazionali. Dopo aver attraversato pericolosamente tutta l'Argentina arriva finalmente nella casa dove la sua mamma versa in gravissime condizioni ma l'incontro con il fanciullo sarà salutare e i due potranno felicemente ritornare in patria.
