Plot
It is the story of the extraordinary love story between James Joyce and Nora Barnacle, his inspiring muse. The passion between the two explodes at the first meeting. In Trieste their story becomes increasingly stormy because the failures of Joyce, who cannot see his works published, push him towards self-destruction. Betrayals begin but Nora, who has always spurred Joyce to insist on writing, will find the strength to leave Trieste and return to Dublin with her two children. His constancy will be rewarded.
